Congratulations to JPMorganChase, Gensler, Skender and the whole project team on the grand opening of a new three-story Chase bank and wealth management office building in downtown Winnetka, IL. EEA was proud to provide civil engineering and landscape architecture services for the new site, including planters and streetscape work, in addition to utility connections, alley design, parking design above the structural roof, voluntary stormwater detention, and IDOT permitting and coordination.

It was a great project to work on, and we’re looking forward to seeing JPMC thrive in the North Shore community.
