Congratulations to North Chicago District 187 on the grand opening of Forrestal Elementary School. With 1 in 4 students connected to the nearby Great Lakes Naval Training Center, this new facility will replace an out-of-date public school built in 1957 as part of the federal Public Schools on Military Installations effort to update public schools used by military children.
