EEA Enhances South Suburban Expertise with New Team Member Rick Sinnott
EEA is excited to welcome Rick Sinnott, P.E., P.L.S., to the team as a Senior Project Manager. Rick brings more than 30 years of broad experience in civil design and project management for private and public projects. He has developed key relationships with public officials, developers, contractors, other designers and end users throughout Illinois. Pulling from experience designing numerous stormwater management facilities in northeast Illinois, Rick served on the Will County Stormwater Management Committee to develop a county-wide stormwater management ordinance.
Rick’s strongest experience lies in areas south and southwest of Chicago on projects in a variety of market areas. Rick continued to donate his time and expertise as chairman of the Mokena Site Plan/Architectural Review Committee for 15 years. He has also served as a member of the SouthWest Suburban Home Builders Association’s legislative committee, contributing to matters pertaining to conservation design and stormwater management and quality.
Rick’s knowledge and experience of development regulations in areas throughout the state of Illinois will enhance the expertise EEA provides to its clients. His technical background in surveying and civil site design, spearheaded by his degree from the Illinois Institute of Technology, reinforces EEA’s focus on advocating for the client from start to finish. Rick brings vast knowledge of the project process to help clients prepare for unexpected challenges and provide unique solutions to achieve overall project goals and efficiency for end users.
