Eriksson Engineering Associates, Ltd. (EEA)’s extensive portfolio of Chicago-area mixed-use, residential, and industrial developments was recognized in a big way. On November 18th, EEA received the Engineering Firm of the Year Award from NAIOP Chicago at the 34th Annual Awards for Excellence.

The annual Awards for Excellence program recognizes the industry’s best of the best in transaction and development categories.  Held each November, this awards program showcases the talent, ingenuity, and stability of the Chicago CRE markets. For the 2021 competition, EEA highlighted three projects for our submission for the Engineering Firm of the Year category: ONNI Old Town Park Towers, CoreSite CH2 Data Center, and The Mason (180 N. Ada).
