Trish Haddon

Director of Business Development

Working out of EEA’s Chicago office, Trish Haddon leads business development initiatives across the firm’s multiple market sectors throughout Illinois and Wisconsin. Bringing over 20 years of experience in sales, communications, and business development within the commercial real estate industry, she has a passion for cultivating both past and current relationships to identify and secure project opportunities. In addition to a strong focus on K-12 education and healthcare, Trish also pursues multifamily, hospitality, mixed-use, recreation and municipal buildings work.

Over the years Trish has served as a business development leader at industry institutions such as Midwest Real Estate News, Fidelity Title, and City of Hope (Chicago Real Estate division), consistently growing her rolodex of real estate experts, locally and nationwide.

As a professional networker, Trish often attends events throughout the entire AEC community, and is actively involved in Professional Women in Construction’s (PWC) Chicago Chapter, as well as the Real Estate Investment Association (REIA).

Outside the office, you can find Trish traveling, golfing, watching Cubs games and horse racing, and enjoying time with her husband, son, and daughter.
