Tim Brown, PE

Project Manager

A knack for civil engineering runs in Tim’s family. Eventually following in the footsteps of his older cousin who sparked his interest in the field, Tim graduated from Valparaiso University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. While there, Tim developed a passion for site development which led him to join our team in 2013.

As a Project Manager at EEA, Tim specializes in urban redevelopment, particularly in densely-populated environments. Given his in-depth knowledge of often unique codes, permitting requirements, and design practices in large urban settings, he is an invaluable resource to our clients and team members.

Tim is based out of our Milwaukee office and is a licensed professional engineer in Illinois and Wisconsin. He has received a Master of Urban Planning degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Outside of work, Tim enjoys spending time with his family, friends, and wife playing pub trivia, attending plays, and catching a few baseball games. He also likes hiking and camping around the Midwest and near his home — hobbies fostered during his completion of the Eagle Scout program of Boy Scouts of America.
