Shannon Wiggins

Office Administrator

As EEA’s Office Administrator, Shannon provides administrative support to ensure that our offices operate smoothly and efficiently.  She also provides support to our Accounting and Marketing departments as well as the EEA Officers.

Shannon received a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, with a minor in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Prior to joining our team, Shannon gained experience in purchasing and inventory management, quality assurance, and account management.

Her primary responsibilities at EEA include assisting with billing, receiving payments, payroll functions, managing the supply and inventory for all offices, managing the archiving database, CRM system management, and organizing staff functions.

Outside of the office, Shannon enjoys a high-energy Zumba class. When summer comes around, she loves going on camping adventures with her husband, two kids, and Chihuahua/Jack Russell Terrier Mix named Louie.


What skill would you like to master? I would love to learn how to knit or crochet.
