Warren Township Campus

Eriksson Engineering Associates, Ltd. (EEA) has provided design assistance to Warren Township for over two decades on a wide variety of projects to serve area residents. Most recently, EEA assisted the township in creation of a Master Plan aimed at adjusting campus programming to meet the changing needs and desires of the community.

Originally, EEA prepared site and utility infrastructure plans for the township/senior center. Following that, projects included a new in-ground skate park with linear trail and sand volleyball courts with dual use as an ice-skating rink in the winter months. Other projects included an amphitheater, parking lot expansions and campus roadway modifications, and Highway Department Salt Dome and Concessions Building.

A playground expansion is among the more recent improvements, equipped with a new handicap-accessible play structure, replacement tennis, and basketball courts, a campus irrigation system with a new deep water supply well, and a Park Department building expansion.

EEA was also involved with an intergovernmental project between Warren Township and Lake County Department of Public Works. The 2,700-foot watermain extension project with these two organizations provided a looped system for the Lake County Department of Public Works between the east and west sides of the Warren Township campus.
