For the last 20 years, Chicago Nut & Bolt has been supplying the needs of Chicagoland with custom fasteners for all application types. Located in East Dundee, IL, Chicago Nut & Bolt offers quantities that range from single pieces to orders of hundreds of pieces at a time. The company serves seven different industries, some of which include construction equipment and engine manufacturing.

Eriksson Engineering Associates, Ltd. (EEA) provided civil and landscape architecture services for a new warehouse and office building. Civil engineering services included utility service tie-ins, stormwater management, grading, and pavement design. This site had more than 13 feet of grade difference. EEA provided earthwork modeling to determine the optimal elevation of the building to minimize earthwork movement on and off the site. EEA designed a stormwater conveyance and overflow routing to ensure stormwater does not build up in one spot. In addition to the work above, EEA provided truck turning models to assist with site design and truck dock maneuvering.
