Ace Relocation Systems, Inc.

EEA’s consultants successfully completed industrial site services, including design and permitting of a 50,000-square-foot build-to-suit for Ace Relocation Systems, Inc. on 4.5 acres of land in Brewster Creek Business Park located in Bartlett, Illinois.

The new industrial facility will provide Ace a larger and more efficient space to serve clients. The building has 32-foot clear ceilings, seven exterior docks, one drive-in door and room to park up to 40 trailers.

EEA worked with the owner to customize the site to meet their needs which included adding a truck scale, side-load dock, and specific pavement slope and drainage criteria. Engineers provided design and permitting services for the project, working closely with Village of Bartlett officials.
