Libertyville Police Station Groundbreaking

The Eriksson Engineering Associates, Ltd. team recently attended the groundbreaking for Libertyville’s new police station. The largest public project in the Village’s history, this new facility will replace the current police station which was built in 1968 and no longer meets the department’s needs.
EEA is providing both civil and landscape design services for the new $32 million, 46,000- square-foot facility located at 200 E. Cook Street, including stormwater detention, grading, site planning, landscape architecture, and complex utility design, while maintaining an existing elevated water storage tank on the property.
Congrats to the Village of Libertyville and the entire project team. This is a great project to be a part of, and we’re excited to see construction progress.
