Eriksson Engineering Associates, Ltd. recently attended the groundbreaking ceremony for the exciting new urban development project, Cassidy on Canal. Located at 350 N. Canal Street, the former Cassidy Tire site will become 343 new luxury apartments with high-end amenities, in addition to 1,313 square feet of retail space.
