Eriksson Engineering Associates is proud to celebrate the groundbreaking of Phases 2 and 3 at Recreation Park in partnership with the Arlington Heights Park District. With Phase 1 successfully completed, the project continues to grow into an exciting new community space.

Phase 1, which recently celebrated its ribbon cutting this summer, included a new playground, skate park, tennis courts, and pathway system. As the project progresses, our team has moved forward with engineering services for a number of new amenities, including a replacement public pool facility and bathhouse, new basketball courts and restroom, ballfield upgrades, and ADA enhancements.

With an anticipated opening in spring 2027, Recreation Park is expected to offer expanded recreational opportunities and improved accessibility for the Arlington Heights community.
