Pinecrest Clubhouse

The Huntley Park District enlisted a design team to assist with the development of a replacement clubhouse at Pinecrest Golf Course, widely used by its residents and visitors.

The new facility provided additional interior space for a pro shop, office space, bar and dining area to accommodate special events. In its entirety, the property spans 130 acres with a project area of approximately 3.6 acres.

EEA’s responsibilities included abandoning the existing well and septic systems to design a new connection to the public water and sanitary mains. Additionally, EEA oversaw the striping of the parking lots, as well as the design of a new drop-off area, alignment of the cart paths around the clubhouse, design of new utilities to serve the various parts of the clubhouse and stormwater detention.
