Holmes Middle School

Oliver Wendell Holmes Middle School is a public school that teaches grades six through eight in Community Consolidated School District 2. Teachers, staff, and the students at Holmes Middle School live by their motto “empowering every student, every day” to make sure they give their students the proper foundations they need to be successful in the future.

Eriksson Engineering Associates, Ltd. (EEA) reconstructed the main entry for the parking lot and drop off at Holmes Middle School. The scope of work entailed EEA to create ADA certified spaces, new sidewalks, retaining wall, canopy drainage, curbs, and asphalt. Additionally, EEA had to coordinate and obtain permits through the Village of Wheeling engineering department. Construction was completed in 2020.
